What Happens After the Try Hockey for Free Program?

If you enjoy your experience and want to keep playing, we encourage you to join our Foundations Division, which is the next step in your hockey journey!

What is the Foundations Division?

The Foundations Division is designed for newer players who are learning the game and building confidence on the ice. We offer a rotating schedule that alternates between instructional coaching sessions one week and game play the next, allowing players to focus on skill development while also experiencing the fun of game situations.

Division Highlights:
🏒 A welcoming and low-intensity environment focused on personal growth and enjoyment
🏒 A balance between coaching and gameplay, so you can develop skills and put them into action
🏒 Focus on fun, fitness, and community, with an emphasis on building confidence and teamwork
🏒 Perfect for beginners or players with limited experience who want to improve in a casual and inclusive setting

Our goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to continue playing hockey while having fun and meeting new people.
