Welcome to Puck Yea! Hockey. By accessing and using our website, and registering for our leagues, clinics, or events, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Registration & Payment

· All participants must register through our official website and complete payment before joining any league, clinic, or event.

· Registration is non-transferable without prior approval.

· Payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Player Eligibility

· Participants must meet the age and skill-level requirements outlined for each program.

· Players may be required to sign a waiver before participating.

· Any falsified information regarding eligibility may result in removal from the league or clinic without a refund.

Code of Conduct

· All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate **good sportsmanship, respect, and fair play** at all times.

· Any form of harassment, violence, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from participation.

· Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited at all events.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Hockey is a contact sport that involves physical activity and risk of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the sport.

Puck Yea! Hockey and its affiliates, staff, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property during participation.

Participants may be required to sign an additional liability waiver before taking part in any on-ice activities.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

· Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

· In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues), we will attempt to reschedule but do not guarantee refunds.

Media Release

· By registering, you grant Puck Yea! Hockey permission to use photos or videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

· Personal information collected through registration is used solely for league and clinic operations. We do not sell or share participant data with third parties beyond what is necessary for participation and communication.
