Refund Policy – Women’s Hockey League & Clinics
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our league and clinics. Please review our refund policy below:
League Registration
Full Refund: Available if requested at least 30 days before the season start date, minus a $25 processing fee.
Partial Refund (50%): Available if requested 14-29 days before the season start date.
No Refunds: Within 14 days of the season start date or after the season has begun.
Clinics & Camps
Full Refund: Available if requested at least 14 days before the clinic start date, minus a $15 processing fee.
Partial Refund (50%): Available if requested 7-13 days before the clinic start date.
No Refunds: Within 7 days of the clinic start date or after the clinic has begun.
Exceptions & Credits
Medical/Injury Refunds: If an injury prevents participation, we may issue a prorated refund or credit toward future sessions, pending a doctor’s note.
Weather or Facility Issues: If a session is canceled due to weather or facility closures, we will do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial credit may be offered.
Transferring Registration: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another player (pending approval).
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your contact email]. Please include your name, event details, and reason for the refund request. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
